The Hirtzel family donated "The Bowie New Town Center" project plan booklet (1975), "New Town Center" project plan booklet (c. 1973-1975), Belair at Bowie folder containing Belair at Bowie pamphlet, "Belair at Bowie: Optional Equipment," "Directions to Belair at Bowie," "Belair at Bowie: Price Information," and "The Devon," "The Farmingham," "the Gladstone," "The Cambridge," and "The Ardsley" property summaries and house plans. These were originally accessioned into the Permanent Object Collection, but were thereupon placed in the Archives.
